What if you could capture a homebuyer’s attention through an experiential journey combined with integrative marketing to make their home "live" like the model? We’ve done that in the First Ever Houzz Inspired Home allowing the builder to co-brand with Houzz and showcase furnishings in the model home that are "shoppable" online. All in a curated experience under the homebuilder brand, this unique marketing opportunity allowed the homebuilder to leverage the strength of a well-known brand that new homeowners trust for resources and options to personalize their homes. The Houzz Inspired Homes program made the model experience an "on-site asset" that also marries with an "online relationship".

Homebuyers spend more comprehensive time in the model with another layer of purchasing, shopping, and browsing available. Prospective buyers who fall in love with the home can easily make it their own by purchasing the home as well as the furnishings by scanning strategically placed QR codes linked to listings of the items featured in each room. It’s a complete home experience! And, with consumers drawn to more interactive experiences, this marketing program allows the builder to create a more memorable new home tour experience with built-in engagement marketing like QR Codes to expand into an online shopping experience from the model home.

We kept the Houzz Inspired Homes program simple by thinking through a wide array of signage and displays to differentiate builder marketing that offers a purposeful call to action experience called "Shop the Look". From "turn" signs to entry flags, to interior sales office POP's, we created a fully integrated marketing plan, with built-in marketing assets to help boost visibility and to stand out amongst the crowd in a way nobody else can!

Houzz Inspired Homes bring inspiration to life and puts your homebuyers at the center of the creative process. Everything you see — from the sofa to the home itself — is available for them to own. All of the decor has been curated by a professional interior designer, thoughtfully selected to maximize the space and style of the home. Plus, you can explore other furnishing and decor options not seen in the model home, as there will be other look book opportunities to explore.
